Sharing community support and making sensible choices are the foundation of WW: Weight Watchers Reimagined. Access the resources to do both through the user-friendly app for about a dollar a day, or add on weekly meetings for double the price.

Its practical, flexible philosophy of saving and splurging SmartPoints boils down to balancing out food choices. You can get tips, tools, and motivation by attending the traditional weekly meetings, or get the same resources through its user-friendly app. Either way, research proves that the program’s social element supports weight loss. At about $4 a week, OnlinePlus costs about half as much as Meetings+OnlinePlus, which runs around $8 (your fees vary depending on the length of your commitment).
If you already know that you want to rely on your phone for weight loss, Noom provides the best virtual weight loss program (program penurunan berat badan) experience for about the same price as in-person WW: Weight Watchers Reimagined membership. The fun and functional Noom app repackages the leader-plus-team dynamic and expands on educational resources.

The Mayo Clinic Diet
A diet program includes coaching and community; a pure diet offers knowledge alone. Disciplined dieters who just need tools, not assistance, can get exceptional advice for the Mayo Clinic’s best-selling book. A dedicated website and app flesh out its resources, but both are pretty minimal and won’t provide feedback.
More on this program: If you’re more of a self-starter — someone who just needs to be pointed in the right direction — The Mayo Clinic Diet provides pure resources. Picking up the entertaining, densely informative book is the only associated cost. You can also get the app for about half the cost of WW Mobile, but we didn’t find it as useful.
If you want the day-to-day support and convenience of an app, but don’t want to invest in either WW: Weight Watchers Reimagined or Noom, MyFitnessPal provides food and exercise tracking plus nutrition insight for a couple bucks a month. You’ll save money, but sacrifice community support and a nice user interface.
